A Short Trip to the Island

We took the ferry over to a near by island on this hot hot day. The ferry ride was about 20 minutes and it was very pleasant. We had lunch right on the waterfront and then we walked around in search of ice-cream. It has been a very long time since I've been in a situation where I can't keep up with rate of my ice-cream melting. (I am a very experienced and skilled ice-cream eater.)

On the way to the island. Can you believe this ferry is free??? Even for cars! You just walk right on and it takes you to the other side.
